Cancellation and Return Policy

  • Our cancellation and return process is simple, the only constraint is the tags should be intact, and it should be unused. We assure you to refund or replace if you are dissatisfied with the product in terms of fit, size or color, or if you come across any defects. Please return to us the unused items with tags within 14 days of delivery.
  • Returns can be initiated by logging into your Rhythm account.
  • Product(s) purchased from www.rhythmfashion.com are covered in this Cancellation & Return policy. Purchases made from any other retailer be it online or offline are not covered.
  • Customer should submit the images of the product damaged (or) submit valid reason for returning the product.
  • Product should be unused and unwashed. Underwear products will not be replaced / refunded.
  • Products with marks, dirt, hole, stitches or any kind of stains caused by the customer will not be accepted.
  • The product should be returned with the tags and original packaging intact.
  • Product should be returned with the Original Invoice.
  • Returned Product in sellable condition only will be accepted.
  • Product return for refund will not be accepted which are sold during consumer promotion / freebies, it would be accepted only for exchange and replacement.

  • The Return ID should be mentioned on the packet.
  • Before handing over the packet to our courier partner, please ensure that the packet is sealed completely.
  • Items of different orders should be packed separately.

Damage Of External Packaging

  • We strictly advise not to accept the delivery, if you find the packet damaged or tampered. Immediately, raise a complaint with us, and we will handle the issue with the respective courier partner directly.
  • Please inform us the details of your order of the damaged pack. We will reprocess the order on receipt of the damaged pack at our warehouse.

Terms And Conditions

  • rhythmfashion.com will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer/voucher issuance against returns arising due to erroneous input by the customers. The customer takes the complete responsibility of the accuracy of the information provided.
  • Refund will be processed only after the product is received at our warehouse.
  • Refund will be initiated within 2 working days on receipt of the returned product at our warehouse. It may take 5-7 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your bank account.
